I was slightly apprehensive in trying these thinking they would be like the other gummies on the market and they wouldn’t make much difference - mainly hoping these would help with my Autistic son especially to help him feel calm him just before bed time and to help him fall asleep, to our pleasant surprise they have helped! Not only does he enjoy taking them we feel they have helped reduce the time he takes to drift off to sleep and most importantly he stays asleep too! My son is particular with colours and we were worried he would only eat the red gummies, however he has willingly eaten all of the colours! They have easily become part of his evening routine, a big thumbs up from him and us!
