A weekend of actual calm

Tried Zen Calm Oil over the weekend. Just felt a lot calmer, without actually realising it. It’s only when I’ve sat down (Sunday Evening) I’ve realised how much calmer I’ve felt. I’m not even overthinking work, school and all the other chaos which usually comes with Monday morning. Really shocked me. I still have another product to try but will be keeping the calm oil as part of my daily routine.
